Sports wagering licensees and their contracted operators must adopt rules governing wagering account limitations, including limits on play times, maximum wager amounts, and deposit and withdrawal restrictions, which must be approved by the Division of Gaming Enforcement.

Approved limitation rules must be publicly displayed in sports wagering lounges, posted on operator websites, included in account terms and conditions, and made readily available to all patrons.

When any limitation is placed on a wagering account, the licensee or operator must provide the patron with written notice and an explanation for the limitation.

Limited accounts must be reviewed at periodic intervals established by the division to determine whether limitations should remain or be removed.

Licensees and operators must report annually to the division on the frequency and types of limitations imposed on wagering accounts.
