Mandates comprehensive labeling requirements including THC content percentages, serving sizes, ingredient lists, allergen warnings, production dates, and health warnings about intoxication effects and risks during pregnancy.

Requires child-resistant, opaque packaging and prohibits marketing that appeals to minors, promotes overconsumption, or uses cartoon characters or toys in branding.
