Adds handwritten signatures to the list of confidential information exempt from public disclosure under New Jersey's Open Public Records Act, requiring redaction before releasing government records

Requires public agencies to redact handwritten signatures from any documents posted on agency-controlled websites prior to making them publicly available online

Allows individuals whose signatures appear on documents posted online before the law's enactment to request redaction within seven business days of their written request

Exempts election-related petitions and ballot questions from the signature redaction requirements, as well as signatures of public officials on records required within the scope of their official duties

Permits disclosure of handwritten signatures to title insurance companies and their agents, and when necessary to comply with other state or federal laws
