Lowers the threshold for filing annual political contribution disclosure statements with the New Jersey Election Law Enforcement Commission (ELEC) from $50,000 to $17,500 in aggregate public contracts received per calendar year

Aligns disclosure requirements with existing State agency contracting rules, which already prohibit contracts over $17,500 with business entities that made certain political contributions in the preceding 18 months

Requires business entities meeting the new threshold to report all political contributions made to candidates, officeholders responsible for awarding contracts, political party committees, and continuing political committees within the prior 12 months

Directs ELEC to publish a link on its website to the Division of Purchase and Property's site with notice that State agency procurement information is available there

Takes effect on the first day of the calendar year following enactment
