Eliminates professional and occupational licensing application fees for spouses and dependents of active duty U.S. Armed Forces members in New Jersey

Removes the requirement for nonresident military spouses to pay fees for temporary courtesy licenses when applying under the existing military spouse licensing program

Requires all professional and occupational licensing boards to include a checkbox on applications for applicants to indicate their status as a military spouse or dependent

Temporary courtesy licenses for nonresident military spouses remain valid for one year with a possible one-year extension at the board's discretion

Takes effect 90 days after enactment and applies to all professional and occupational boards designated under existing state licensing law (C.45:1-15)
