Applies to individuals employed by delicatessens, grocery stores, supermarkets, restaurants, food or grocery delivery services, and similar businesses

Civil penalties for violations: minimum $250 for first offense, minimum $500 for second offense, and $1,000 for third and subsequent offenses

Penalties collected through municipal court proceedings, with enforcement by local health officials or law enforcement officers

Takes effect 60 days after enactment
