Creates the "Common Interest Community Task Force" to study New Jersey laws governing condominiums, cooperatives, and homeowners' associations

Task force will examine association functions, responsibilities, assessment collection practices, election procedures, financial decisions, and relationships with community association managers

Composed of 13 members: 4 legislators (2 from each chamber), the Commissioner of Community Affairs (ex officio), 1 appointee from the Chief Justice, and 7 public members appointed by the Governor representing various stakeholder groups

Task force must hold its first meeting and appoint a chairperson within 60 days of the act taking effect, then submit a final report by the first day of the 16th month following organization

Members serve without compensation but may receive reimbursement for travel and expenses; the Department of Community Affairs will provide staff support
