Requires all New Jersey school districts to incorporate age-appropriate bullying awareness and prevention education in grades preschool through 12 as part of the Comprehensive Health and Physical Education curriculum.

Mandates instruction on definitions of bullying, types of bullying (physical, verbal, social, and cyberbullying), the permanence of social media posts, how to seek help, and potential consequences for perpetrators including disciplinary and criminal actions.

Requires the education to address how bullying may be exacerbated by intolerance based on race, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, or other distinguishing characteristics.

Directs the Commissioner of Education to provide school districts with age-appropriate sample learning activities and resources.

Takes effect immediately and applies beginning in the first full school year following enactment.
