Directs the Administrative Office of the Courts to provide defendants in foreclosure proceedings the option to voluntarily disclose their disability status

Allows defendants to include a physician's statement confirming disability status and assessing the disability's impact on the homeowner

Disclosure option applies to foreclosure answers filed with the Office of Foreclosure and to foreclosure case information statements required by Rules of Court

Applies only to foreclosure actions involving owner-occupied residential mortgages

Takes effect on the first day of the fourth month following enactment
