Requires the Nursing Home Administrator's Licensing Board to issue licenses within 90 days of application submission and approve or disapprove intern training program plans within 15 business days (10 days for amended plans)

Applicants must complete 1,750 hours in a nursing home administrator intern program within two years, with a maximum of 50 hours per week, and pass a licensing exam within two attempts

Out-of-state licensed nursing home administrators in good standing with no disciplinary record must receive immediate application approval

Grants presumptive licensure eligibility to out-of-state administrators transferring to New Jersey nursing homes under the same ownership

Nursing home administrator intern training program instructors must be employed full-time with three consecutive years of licensed administrator experience and may supervise no more than four interns simultaneously
