Department of Health must develop strategies to establish post-COVID-19 health clinics providing physical and mental health evaluations, physical therapy, and other services at no cost to patients previously diagnosed with COVID-19

A public awareness campaign will be established to educate New Jersey residents about long-term COVID-19 health effects, with targeted outreach to medically underserved areas and communities with adverse COVID-19 outcomes

Creates the 15-member "New Jersey COVID-19 Long-Term Health Effects Task Force" to study long-term COVID-19 impacts on racial and ethnic minorities, with the Commissioner of Health serving as chairperson

Task force must submit a final report with policy recommendations to the Governor and Legislature within one year of organizing, after which it will expire

Department of Health must develop continuing education courses for healthcare professionals on long-term COVID-19 effects and methods to encourage patients to seek medical or mental health care for conditions arising from prior COVID-19 diagnosis
