Establishes a grant program in the Division of Fire Safety to provide thermal imaging body cameras, thermal imaging masks, and radio repeaters to fire departments serving municipalities with 100,000 or more residents

Municipalities with populations of 100,000 to 299,000 receive $150,000 to be divided equally among qualifying fire organizations every three years

Municipalities with populations of 300,000 or more receive $150,000 per qualifying fire organization every three years

Eligible recipients include paid, part-paid, or volunteer fire districts, companies, or departments; grants may be used for new purchases or reimbursement of non-State public funds already spent on eligible equipment

Division of Fire Safety must review the program every five years to assess whether departments are using up-to-date equipment and whether to recommend reinitiating the program
