Requires limited liability companies (domestic and foreign) purchasing residential rental property to file an affidavit disclosing the name and business address of the company's registered agent when recording the deed.

Mandates disclosure of at least one company member's identity if the registered agent is not a member of the LLC.

Applies to all residential rental properties regardless of the number of dwelling units.

Amends existing deed recording requirements under P.L.1968, c.49 (C.46:15-6) and supplements the Revised Uniform Limited Liability Company Act.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
