Creates the "Farm Mental Health and Financial Services Task Force" to develop and maintain a list of mental health and financial assistance services for farm owners, operators, supervisors, and laborers in New Jersey

Task force consists of 5 members: the Secretary of Agriculture, Commissioner of Health (or designees), and 3 Governor-appointed public members representing farmer advocacy, banking associations, and mental health advocacy groups

Requires the task force to publish a list of available services on Department of Agriculture and Department of Health websites within 180 days of organizing, with updates at least every 180 days thereafter

Mandates triennial reports to the Governor and Legislature summarizing task force activities, impact on farmer well-being, and recommendations for executive and legislative actions

Addresses elevated suicide risk among farmers, which is 3.5 times higher than the general population according to the National Rural Health Association
