Repeals P.L.2025, c.283, a New Jersey law that required health insurers and Medicaid to cover immunizations recommended by the New Jersey Department of Health without cost sharing

Eliminates the requirement that the Department of Health consider recommendations from the CDC's Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) when making immunization coverage decisions

Removes provisions that also directed the Department of Health to consider recommendations from the American Academy of Pediatrics, American Academy of Family Physicians, American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, and American College of Physicians

Reverses statutory changes that replaced federal ACIP immunization recommendations with state Department of Health recommendations throughout New Jersey law
