Expands "Daniel's Law" protections to include members of the Legislature and municipal court administrators, in addition to judges, law enforcement officers, prosecutors, and child protective investigators already covered.

Allows employers, unions, benevolent associations, and designated agents to submit redaction requests on behalf of covered persons with written consent.

Increases the compliance deadline for removing protected personal information from the Internet from 10 business days to 45 business days after receiving notification.

Requires the Office of Information Privacy to establish a portal for prohibiting disclosure of covered persons' home addresses and unpublished telephone numbers by private entities.

Establishes criminal penalties for violations: fourth-degree crime for reckless violations and third-degree crime for purposeful violations of disclosure prohibitions.
