Requires the New Jersey Board of Nursing to issue a confirmation immediately upon receipt of applications for initial licensure as a practical nurse, registered professional nurse, or certification as an advanced practice nurse.

Mandates the Board send a status update to applicants 10 days after receiving their application.

Requires the Board to issue a final determination on applications within 30 days of receipt.

All notifications must be sent in the same form and manner in which the application was received (e.g., electronic if submitted electronically).

Takes effect on the first day of the third month after enactment and applies only to applications received on or after that date.
