Establishes a minimum Medicaid reimbursement rate for Structured Day Program Services provided to beneficiaries eligible for brain injury services in New Jersey

Sets the reimbursement rate equal to the average of Day Habilitation Services Tiers D and E rates used by the Division of Developmental Disabilities, increasing from approximately $3.65 to $9.89 per 15 minutes of service

Amends P.L.2022, c.78 to expand existing minimum reimbursement rate protections, which previously covered only community residential services for brain injury patients

Applies to services provided through both Medicaid fee-for-service and managed care delivery systems for treatment of traumatic or non-traumatic brain injuries

Takes effect 30 days after enactment and applies to any Medicaid managed care contract executed or renewed after the effective date
