Division of Travel and Tourism must establish a campaign to display tourism advertisements on utility boxes at intersections throughout New Jersey using vinyl or flexible substrate plastic wrapping.

Division must coordinate with the Department of Transportation to identify intersection utility boxes and obtain permission from utility box owners before wrapping.

Campaign requires developing eligibility criteria for utility boxes, a selection process for which boxes to wrap, and a process for choosing tourism advertisements of statewide or local importance.

Private persons, businesses, and local governments may submit tourism advertisement proposals through an application process established by the Division.

Division must publish campaign information on its website and submit annual reports to the Governor and Legislature on the campaign's effectiveness in promoting tourism.
