Amends New Jersey law to streamline approval of electric vehicle supply equipment (EVSE) and Make-Ready parking spaces at existing gas stations, retail establishments, and other buildings through non-discretionary administrative permits rather than site plan or land use board review.

Removes requirements that EVSE installations comply with bulk zoning standards and prior site plan conditions, requiring only compliance with the State Uniform Construction Code Act and applicable safety standards.

Prohibits municipalities and counties from requiring variance relief for EVSE installations that meet safety standards, limiting local review to specific, identifiable public health or safety impacts supported by substantial evidence.

Establishes that EVSE encroachment on required setbacks does not constitute an adverse public health or safety impact, though equipment cannot obstruct sight triangles, fire lanes, or emergency access.

Applies immediately to all pending and future applications while maintaining existing local and Department of Community Affairs inspection requirements.
