School districts must establish procedures allowing electronic reporting of harassment, intimidation, and bullying through an online form accessible on the district's official website within 120 days of the bill's enactment.

A link to the anti-bullying policy and the online reporting form must be prominently posted on the school district's website homepage and distributed annually to parents and guardians.

The Commissioner of Education must adopt amendments to the model anti-bullying policy within 90 days to establish procedures for electronic reporting of harassment, intimidation, or bullying.

The bill amends the existing "Anti-Bullying Bill of Rights Act" (P.L.2002, c.83) which already requires districts to have reporting procedures, including anonymous reporting options.
