Removes the age limit (previously 21 years or younger) for State Health Benefits Program (SHBP) coverage of hearing aids and cochlear implants, extending benefits to all covered persons regardless of age

Maintains existing benefit structure: up to $2,500 per hearing aid for each ear every 60 months when medically necessary and prescribed by a licensed physician or audiologist

Continues coverage for cochlear implant treatment including implantation procedures, device parts, attachments, accessories, and replacement of obsolete external processors

Amends P.L.2008, c.126 ("Grace's Law") which originally established hearing aid and cochlear implant coverage for children

Takes effect 90 days after enactment
