Restricts school safety and security plan information to law enforcement, school board members, and school employees; makes unauthorized filming, recording, or public posting of security procedures a fourth degree crime.

Makes it a fourth degree crime to interfere with school bus routes or operations, or to enter an occupied school bus without authorization from the driver or school representative.

Exempts law enforcement activities and news coverage of emergencies from the restrictions on documenting security procedures.
