Creates the New Jersey Automation Job Loss Prevention Program within the Department of Labor and Workforce Development to assist workers whose jobs have been lost or are threatened by automation.

Allocates 2% of Workforce Development Partnership Fund revenues to the new program, reducing the Office of Customized Training allocation from 37% to 35% (and from 35% to 33% after June 30, 2023).

Requires job training and career development programs to be hosted by employers or higher education institutions, with training provided at no cost to employers.

Mandates wrap-around services for program participants including transportation, child care, mental health services, and personal finance training.

Requires the department to identify jobs endangered by automation and conduct a program effectiveness evaluation five years after the first training program is approved.
