Authorizes the New Jersey Department of Agriculture to designate one public or private higher education institution as "The School of Agriculture for the Next Century" to promote education, research, and workforce development in advanced agricultural technologies.

Designation criteria include demonstrated expertise in emerging technologies such as drones, artificial intelligence, LiDAR, GPS/geospatial systems, smart irrigation, hydroponics/aquaponics, CRISPR gene-editing, agricultural robotics, and nanotechnology applications.

Permits designation of satellite schools (community colleges, research centers, or extension facilities) for three-year terms to support the main school's mission and expand Statewide access to agricultural training.

Encourages development of academic pathways allowing community college coursework to count toward degree programs at the designated school, while preserving institutional authority over academic standards.

The designation does not create a new public institution or require additional State appropriations unless otherwise provided by law.
