Amends the New Jersey Menopause Coverage Act (P.L.2025, c.200) to explicitly add testosterone therapy to the list of covered hormonal treatments for perimenopause and menopause, alongside hormone replacement therapy and bioidentical hormone treatments.

Prohibits insurers from denying coverage for testosterone therapy prescribed for perimenopause or menopause solely because the FDA has not specifically approved it for those conditions.

Requires testosterone therapy benefits to be provided at the same level as other hormonal treatments covered under the Act.

Applies to all major insurance types in New Jersey, including hospital service corporations, medical service corporations, health service corporations, individual and group policies, HMOs, and State Health Benefits Commission contracts.
