Parents or legal guardians must provide comprehensive medical documentation with specific medication instructions and dosages to the program's chief nurse before admission for individuals requiring medication administration.

Ongoing participation requires parents or legal guardians to submit updated medical documentation to the chief nurse whenever medications or dosages are changed by a health care professional.

The Department of Human Services is authorized to adopt rules and regulations to implement the bill, which takes effect immediately upon enactment.
