Prohibits any person, business, or entity from soliciting individuals for business based on death notices or obituaries within 90 days of publication

Applies to solicitations targeting family members of the deceased or tenants residing on the deceased's property

Defines "family member" broadly to include spouse, children, parents, siblings, grandparents, in-laws, step-relatives, and half-siblings by blood, marriage, or adoption

Classifies violations as unlawful practices under the Consumer Fraud Act, with penalties up to $10,000 for first offenses and $20,000 for subsequent offenses

Allows additional remedies including cease and desist orders from the Attorney General, punitive damages, and treble damages with costs to injured parties
