Requires the Director of the Division of Consumer Affairs to establish a model policy for generative artificial intelligence use by licensed professionals within 3 months of enactment

Each professional and occupational board must adopt the model policy with profession-specific adaptations within 6 months or at their next regularly scheduled meeting

Rules may be adopted immediately without following standard Administrative Procedure Act requirements, but expire after one year and must then go through the normal rulemaking process

Defines generative artificial intelligence as technology trained on data that simulates human communication through text, audio, or visual means and generates non-scripted outputs with limited or no human oversight

Applies to all professions and occupations regulated by boards under the Division of Consumer Affairs
