Entities requiring COVID-19 vaccination proof must accept confirmation of prior SARS-CoV-2 infection or protective immune response as an equivalent alternative to vaccination documentation.

Confirmation of natural immunity may be provided voluntarily and accepted verbally by the entity, without requiring formal documentation.

Individuals providing natural immunity confirmation must receive the same employment terms and access to premises, services, and activities as vaccinated individuals.

The requirement applies to all entities including preschools, elementary and secondary schools, colleges, universities, and other educational institutions.

The bill does not supersede federal COVID-19 laws, rules, regulations, or executive orders.
