Expands the affirmative defense for human trafficking victims from three specific offenses to any crime under Title 2C of the New Jersey Statutes

Requires defendants to prove two conditions: they were a victim of human trafficking at the time of the offense, and they committed the crime as a direct result of being trafficked

Specifies that the affirmative defense cannot be denied solely because the human trafficking prosecution against the defendant's trafficker did not result in a conviction

Amends existing New Jersey laws on human trafficking (C.2C:13-8), assisting human trafficking (C.2C:13-9), and prostitution offenses (N.J.S.2C:34-1)
