Requires the Youth Justice Commission (YJC) to establish and maintain a public registry on its website containing information about juveniles whose cases were waived to adult criminal court and who are serving custodial sentences in State juvenile facilities

Registry must include each juvenile's name, sentence, facility name, parole eligibility or release date, criminal history, and any other information deemed appropriate by the commission

Applies to juveniles waived to adult court either involuntarily or by their own election who are serving sentences in YJC-operated facilities

Amends P.L.2019, c.363 (Section 18) which governs YJC data collection and reporting requirements

Takes effect immediately upon enactment
