Upgrades cyber-harassment from a fourth degree crime to a third degree crime when committed against public servants (elected officials, government employees, judicial officers, jurors) or their family members.

Creates the Office of Cyber-Harassment Support within the Division of Violence Intervention and Victim Assistance in the Department of Law and Public Safety to provide education, awareness, and victim support services.

Requires the new office to establish accessible reporting systems for victims, collaborate with social media platforms to remove harassing content, and provide counseling and legal aid to cyber-harassment victims.

Mandates coordination with the Department of Education to offer cyber ethics classes in schools and with law enforcement agencies to expand specialized cyber-harassment investigation units and training programs.

Appropriates General Fund money to the Department of Law and Public Safety for implementation, with the amount to be certified by the Attorney General.
