Requires the New Jersey Commissioner of Health to update alcohol warning notices within six months of enactment to reflect current information on health risks, including prenatal alcohol exposure consequences and links between alcohol and certain cancers.

Expands existing warning notice requirements from women's restrooms only to all patron restrooms at establishments holding Class C or club alcoholic beverage licenses.

Mandates review and potential revision of warning notices at least every five years following the initial update to incorporate the most recent medical and scientific literature.

Requires the commissioner to develop updated warnings in consultation with medical and scientific experts, professional organizations, and advocacy groups.

Amends P.L.1993, c.43 (C.33:1-12a), which currently requires warnings about alcohol consumption during pregnancy to be posted in service areas and restrooms at licensed premises.
