Mandates all New Jersey health insurance carriers cover FDA-approved anti-obesity medications for chronic weight management at the same level as any other medical condition.

Applies to hospital service corporations, medical service corporations, health service corporations, individual and group health policies, HMOs, and small employer health plans.

Requires the State Health Benefits Commission and School Employees' Health Benefits Commission to include anti-obesity medication coverage in all purchased contracts.

Takes effect 90 days after enactment and applies to policies delivered, issued, executed, or renewed after that date.
