Supplemental appropriation of $144.2 million from the General Fund for Outcomes-Based Allocation funding to New Jersey's 13 public four-year colleges and universities for fiscal year 2025.

Rutgers University receives the largest share: $32.6 million (New Brunswick), $11.8 million (Newark), and $6.2 million (Camden).

Montclair State University receives $19.3 million, including $1.6 million designated for Bloomfield College of Montclair State University.

Other allocations include Rowan University ($14.0 million), Kean University ($13.0 million), NJIT ($10.2 million), William Paterson ($9.2 million), Stockton ($7.8 million), NJCU ($7.2 million), Thomas Edison State ($5.3 million), TCNJ ($3.9 million), and Ramapo College ($3.6 million).

Funding supplements the existing $220.5 million Outcomes-Based Allocation program, which distributes funds based on metrics including degrees awarded, underrepresented minority graduates, low-income students, transfer student degrees, STEM/healthcare degrees, and doctoral degrees.
