Requires employers to reinstate physicians to their prior position and duties after PTSD-related leave, once a licensed professional documents their fitness to return to work

Employees may file civil actions in Superior Court within one year of violations, with civil fines of $5,000 for first violations and $10,000 for subsequent violations

Courts may order reinstatement, restoration of benefits and seniority, compensation for lost wages, injunctive relief, and payment of attorney's fees
