Formally recognizes the 30th anniversary of the Srebrenica genocide, in which more than 8,000 Bosnian citizens, mostly Bosniak civilians, were executed in July 1995 as part of ethnic cleansing during the Bosnian War.

Commemorates the 30th anniversary of the Dayton Accords, signed November 21, 1995, which officially ended the Bosnian War following peace negotiations held in Dayton, Ohio.

Notes that the International Court of Justice ruled in February 2007 that the Srebrenica atrocities constituted genocide, and the United Nations designated July 11 as an International Day of Reflection and Commemoration in May 2024.

Directs copies of the resolution to be transmitted to the Ambassador of Bosnia and Herzegovina to the United States and to the United Nations Mission in New York.
