Creates a 21-member "Task Force on Cannabis Related Traffic Fatalities" in New Jersey to study cannabis-impaired driving and develop prevention strategies

Task force membership includes 7 ex officio state officials (Transportation Commissioner, Attorney General, State Police Superintendent, etc.) and 14 appointed public members with expertise in law enforcement, highway safety, or cannabis research

Requires the task force to examine crash statistics before and after cannabis legalization, public perceptions of impaired driving dangers, and effectiveness of past awareness campaigns

Task force must organize within 9 months of cannabis legalization taking effect and submit annual reports with legislative recommendations for 5 years, beginning within 24 months of organizing

Members serve without compensation but receive expense reimbursement; 11 members constitute a quorum for meetings
