Designates February 4th of each year as "Women and Girls in Sports Day" in New Jersey, aligning with the nationally recognized "National Girls and Women in Sports Day"

Requests the Governor to annually issue a proclamation recognizing the day and calls upon public officials and citizens to observe it with appropriate activities and programs

Acknowledges continuing gender disparities in sports, including less prize money, sponsorships, facilities, equipment, and athletic opportunities for women and girls

Recognizes the contributions of New Jersey native athletes such as soccer player Carli Lloyd and gymnast Laurie Hernandez as role models

Takes effect immediately upon passage by the Senate and General Assembly
