Designates May 1 of each year as "Rule of Law Day" in New Jersey, building on the existing federal "Law Day" established by President Eisenhower in 1958.

Expresses concern that the current presidential administration is eroding constitutional rules and democratic norms by ignoring courts, bypassing Congress, and governing through executive orders.

Criticizes executive orders targeting law firms and suspending security clearances of individuals based on firms' political and diversity practices as potential constitutional violations and acts of retribution.

Requests the Governor to annually issue a proclamation encouraging public officials and residents to reflect on protecting the rule of law and rejecting violations of constitutional law and democratic norms.
