Organizes the New Jersey General Assembly for the 222nd Legislature with Craig J. Coughlin (Middlesex County) as Speaker, Annette Quijano (Union County) as Speaker pro tempore, and Dana M. Burley (Camden County) as Clerk.

Authorizes each Assembly member to retain up to six aides at compensation levels set by law, with the Speaker permitted to authorize additional aides.

Adopts the Rules of the 221st Legislature with amendments to Assembly Rule 10:1, restructuring standing reference committees from 24 to 26 total committees.

Creates two new committees: Agriculture and Natural Resources Committee (6 members) and Health Infrastructure Committee (6 members), while renaming and adjusting membership sizes of several existing committees.

Directs the Clerk to notify the Senate and the Governor that the Assembly has organized and is ready to proceed with business.
