Urges all current and future New Jersey members of Congress to join the Congressional Brain Injury Task Force to better represent constituents affected by brain injuries

The Congressional Brain Injury Task Force works to increase awareness of brain injuries, support research for rehabilitation and potential cures, and address impacts on families, children, education, and the workforce

The task force was founded by New Jersey Congressman William J. Pascrell, Jr. and is co-chaired bipartisanly by Pascrell (Democrat) and Congressman Don Bacon (Republican, Nebraska)

Distinguishes between traumatic brain injuries (TBIs) caused by external bumps, blows, or jolts to the head and acquired brain injuries (ABIs) from internal causes such as strokes, aneurysms, or brain cancer

Directs the Assembly Clerk to transmit copies of the resolution to all New Jersey members of Congress
