Urges the U.S. President and Congress to establish a federal student loan forgiveness program for doctors, nurses, and emergency medical services (EMS) employees who provided services during the COVID-19 pandemic

Notes that the existing Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program only covers healthcare workers employed by government agencies or non-profits, excluding those working for private organizations

Recognizes that healthcare professionals accumulate significant student loan debt due to years of additional education required for their roles

Directs copies of the resolution to be sent to the President, congressional leadership, and New Jersey's congressional delegation
