Requires the Chief Administrator of the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission to electronically notify local law enforcement when a driver's license is suspended or revoked

Notification must be sent to the law enforcement agency with jurisdiction over the licensee's place of residence

Amends R.S.39:5-30, which authorizes the chief administrator to suspend or revoke licenses for violations of Title 39 (motor vehicle code) or other reasonable grounds

Updates outdated terminology throughout the statute, replacing "director" with "chief administrator" and "division/department" with "commission"

Takes effect immediately upon enactment
