Establishes the Office for Women's Advancement within the New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development to facilitate full and equal participation of women in the workplace through research, collaboration, and programming.

Requires the office to gather and analyze data on workplace issues affecting women, including access to employment opportunities, hiring practices, workplace culture, work-family balance, the gender pay gap, and workforce composition by industry.

Mandates collaboration with existing state bodies including the New Jersey Advisory Commission on the Status of Women and the Council on Gender Parity in Labor and Education to address workplace issues disproportionately affecting women.

Authorizes the office to review current and proposed legislation on gender equity, make policy recommendations, and educate the public through reports, conferences, and symposia.

Creates the "Women's Advancement Fund" in the Department of the Treasury to receive state appropriations, federal funds, foundation grants, and private donations to support the office's operations.
