Poll workers hired by district boards of elections to work on election day, during early voting periods, or during mail-in ballot processing periods would have their wages exempted from affecting unemployment compensation eligibility

Amends R.S.43:21-19 to add temporary board workers to the list of governmental positions excluded from the definition of "employment" for unemployment insurance purposes

Applies to compensation received under R.S.19:45-6, early voting duties under P.L.2021, c.40, and mail-in ballot processing under P.L.2009, c.79

Allows individuals receiving unemployment benefits to serve as poll workers without their election-related wages reducing their unemployment compensation
