Secretary of State and county commissioners of registration must audit voter registration records in the Statewide Voter Registration System within 90 days of the bill's enactment.

The audit must identify voter registration records of ineligible persons who successfully registered, attempts by ineligible persons to register (even unsuccessful ones), and whether current procedures for removing ineligible registrants are effective.

The Secretary of State and county commissioners must jointly develop uniform audit methodology, processes, and procedures applicable across all counties.

A report containing audit results, findings, and recommendations must be submitted to the Governor and Legislature within 30 days of completing the audit.
