Adds Bergen County to the list of "pilot counties" eligible to participate in New Jersey's Common Sense Shared Services Pilot Program Act, expanding the program from seven to eight counties.

Allows Bergen County municipalities to enter into shared services agreements for tenured local employees including municipal clerks, chief financial officers, assessors, tax collectors, municipal treasurers, and superintendents of public works.

Permits dismissal of tenured local officials to effectuate shared services agreements, with reappointment rights if the agreement is cancelled or expires within two years of dismissal.

Current pilot counties already participating include Atlantic, Camden, Monmouth, Morris, Ocean, Sussex, and Warren Counties.
