Creates the Office of Disordered Eating Prevention within the New Jersey Department of Health to develop prevention resources, coordinate with state mental health programs, and partner with the Department of Education on outreach to schools

Establishes the Disordered Eating Prevention Research Grant Program to provide financial assistance to individuals and organizations researching root causes, risk factors, and protective factors for disordered eating in youth, adults, and older residents

Requires the office to create and annually update a culturally sensitive public resource on disordered eating in English, Spanish, and other languages as determined necessary

Mandates annual reports to the Governor and Legislature summarizing office activities, grant recipients, award amounts, research findings, and recommendations for improving prevention statewide

Appropriates funds from the General Fund as determined necessary by the Commissioner of Health to implement the program, noting that approximately 9% of New Jersey residents (over 750,000 people) will experience an eating disorder in their lifetime
